I am currently the manager of an Internet audio project called The B1G Idea, produced by UCE in conjunction with Birmingham Future. The aim is to produce a series of 'podcasts' on issues that face young professionals working and living in the B1 area of Birmingham. The first podcast on work-life balance was released last Friday on the B1G Idea website. Even if you do not work in the B1 area of Birmingham or classify yourself as young or a professional pleases still feel free to have a listen. There are some amusing, yet disconcerting, anecdotes on work-life balance that are applicable to everyone.
